Welcome to VibeLoot. By downloading, accessing, or using VibeLoot, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using VibeLoot, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
2. Accounts
Users sign in using Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under your account.
3. Virtual Rewards
Coins are earned through eligible activities inside the app and may be used for gameplay-related features. They cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred, and have no real-world value.
Tickets are used to access selected activities and opportunities inside the app. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gems are premium virtual rewards that may be earned through referrals, promotions, or other eligible events. They are virtual items only, have no intrinsic monetary value, and may become eligible for additional uses in future updates.
Any future redemption or expanded-use system will be governed by separate policies, terms, or eligibility requirements.
4. Gameplay
VibeLoot may include features such as Loot Arena, Lucky Spin, Loot Boxes, Daily Rewards, Leaderboards, Referral Program, and Impact Goals. Features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
5. Fair Use
- Do not cheat or exploit gameplay systems.
- Do not modify or tamper with the application.
- Do not use unauthorized automation, bots, or scripts.
- Do not abuse referral systems.
- Do not exploit bugs or loopholes.
- Do not manipulate advertisements or ad rewards.
- Do not create fake or misleading accounts.
Violations may result in reward removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
6. Referral Program
Referral rewards are subject to verification and eligibility checks. We reserve the right to reject, delay, reverse, or remove referral rewards and to suspend accounts involved in abuse, duplicate claims, or fraudulent activity.
7. Advertisements
VibeLoot displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. Virtual rewards for rewarded advertisements are granted only after successful completion and validation of eligible ad interactions. Advertisement availability is not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within VibeLoot, including logos, graphics, UI design, source code, icons, branding, audio, and text, belongs to VibeLoot and/or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
9. Limitation of Liability
VibeLoot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, including temporary outages, device incompatibility, loss of virtual rewards due to technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
10. Updates
We may update or modify gameplay, rewards, features, referral systems, impact goals, or virtual reward mechanics without prior notice.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse app systems, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates.
